
Andrew Pletcher

- Andrew (“Drew”) Pletcher is the founder of Pletcher Law, APC, a law-firm that partners with employee-side employment and personal injury law firms throughout California to deliver high-quality legal research, law and motion, and appellate services. Drew graduated Southwestern Law School and was admitted to practice law in California in 2014. Before starting his own practice, Drew worked for five years at JML Law on their law and motion team where he defeated dozens of motions for summary judgment in state and federal court and served as primary Ninth Circuit appellate counsel on Morrissey-Berru v. Our Lady of Guadalupe School and Kristen Biel v. St. James School. In 2019, Drew served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Palmdale and City of Simi Valley, working on transactional, land use, and various municipal law matters involving the Brown Act and California Public Records Act. Outside of work, Drew enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, golfing, running his craft cocktail bar, and volunteering in his community and at local schools where his children attend.
